Contoured Drop-In Siding Insulation
Our “Made in the USA” expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation contains no CFCs, HCFCs or formaldehyde, has nearly identical coefficient of expansion as vinyl siding.
Shelterform provides permeability which allows wall cavities to breathe, thus reducing the risk of condensation within the wall. (Shelterform is not a vapor barrier).
Custom cut and designed to give the siding you install maximum support, ensuring that it will look as good as the day it was installed for years to come.
Available at local dealers throughout the US and Canada

R-Values
The R-Value for a wall system is determined by ASTM C236. the “Guard Hot Box” method, which vary by siding profile
Double 4”" = 3.3 R-value
Double 4.5”" = 3.7 R-value
Double 5”" = 3.4 R-value
Double 4"” Dutch Lap = 3.6 R-value
Double 4.5"” Dutch lap = 4.0 R-value
Double 5”" Dutch Lap = 4.0 R-value
Triple 3”" = 3.7 R-value
Horizontal 8”" = 3.0 R-value
Profile Sizes
Lengths = 6 ft double course design, making installers job more efficient with widths of 16” to 20” depending on profile
