FRP Laminated Panels
FRP Laminated Panels are used for a variety of applications including walk-in coolers, clean rooms and public restrooms. The FRP (fiberglass reinforced panel) is rigid, scrubable, fire resistant panel, it is easy to maintain. EPS contributes insulation and sound deadening properties. Panels are available laminated on one side or both sides.
Shelter Enterprises is a custom manufacturer of FRP laminated panels. Our unique process allows us to produce insulated and non-insulated panels to meet almost any need. We have the capability to laminate FRP to many different substrates including expanded polystrene, extruded polystyrene, ISO, wood, and gypsum. These materials can be joined in different combinations for structural and non-structural panels. Maximum size is 4'-0"x
8'-0" and a maximum thickness of 10". Special edge details are available.

Left Panel - 7/16" OSB on 3/4" EPS

USDA approved FRP panels will absorb impact and can be
manufactured with a reinforced foil faced vapor barrier for
applications where moisture permeability is a factor.
